Meet Mohammed Adnan, an accomplished Mechanical Engineer with over 11 years of experience dedicated to the HVAC field. Graduating in 2012, Adnan embarked on a rewarding career journey, primarily focusing on HVAC consultancy at Abid Husain Consultants.
Throughout his professional tenure, Adnan has exhibited his expertise across a diverse spectrum of projects, ranging from industrial to commercial endeavors, as well as institutional to hotel ventures. His commitment to innovation has been unwavering, as he diligently keeps abreast of the latest advancements in the industry, seamlessly incorporating cutting-edge technologies and methodologies into his design approaches.

Dr. Varun Jain

Dr. Varun Jain is the Past President of ASHRAE India Chapter. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Electrical & Electronics, Engineering. He attended one year Professional Design Engineering Training, in Air-conditioning at WISCONSIN (USA), in 1997. He worked for 2 years, in California, USA. He obtained his M. Tech degree from Indian Institute of Technology, Delhi, in 2000. After his M. Tech, he involved himself in research as a Ph.D student in “Centre for Energy Studies Department” at Indian Institute of Technology Delhi.
He is working as Director Technical in one of the leading Building Services Consultancy firm “M/s Sanelac Consultants Pvt. Ltd”. Also, he is the Founder of Naukria2z.com.

Mr. Gaurav Mathur
Vice Chair – CTTC
Gaurav Mathur is the Head – Area Sales Development, CBS INDO (Commercial
Building Services) at Grundfos Pumps India Pvt. Ltd. He joined Grundfos in
December 2005 and handles the Building Services sales development for the
company in India. Gaurav has more than 22 years of industry experience covering
sales, business development and channel management. He has been involved in
initialisation and development of innovative products in air-conditioning, pressure
boosting, solar, water supply and waste water applications for Grundfos in India and
focuses on water and energy conservation. He is passionate about implementing
Digitalization in air-conditioning and water systems.
Prior to joining Grundfos, Gaurav has worked with Grundfos Channel Partner and a fully owned subsidiary of ProMinent, Germany. He has vast experience in business development and technical sales of Pumps, Pumping Systems and Water Treatment Equipment.

I am Lejo Jose, Manager – Sales and Operations at Kaiterra India since 2017. I played a key role in establishing our distributor network, customer success program, and market strategies. Currently, I oversee key accounts, drive new business development, and lead market research. Beyond work, I’m passionate about cooking and crafting furniture designs at home.

Shelendra Chauhan , is a seasoned HVAC Sales professional with over 15 years of industry expertise. Currently working with Daikin Air-conditioning India Pvt. Ltd. , corporate office in Product management and Strategic role for Applied business ( Chillers, and Airside) on Pan India role.
He is holding a Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and a Postgraduate degree in Marketing Management, Shelendra seamlessly combines technical acumen with strategic marketing insights to drive successful sales initiatives.
