Mr. Mayank Chauhan is an Electrical Engineering professional having more than 12 years of experience in the field of Electrical & Mechanical systems. He has worked in Delhi Metro Rail Corporation Ltd for eight years, and looked after the Project Management works right from design development stage till final commissioning for Environment Control System, Tunnel Ventilation System and Building Management System of various underground stations and tunnels of Magenta Line, Pink Line and Grey Line. Additionally, he has a lot of expertise of managing tendering process and contracts.
He is currently working as Senior Manager/Electrical at National High Speed Rail Corporation Ltd for the Mumbai-Ahmedabad High Speed Rail Project which is based on the Japanese Shinkansen technology.

Dr. Varun Jain

Dr. Varun Jain is the Past President of ASHRAE India Chapter (Society year 2019 – 20). He is Regional Vice Chair (RVC) of Government Affair Region XV (year 2024 – 25). He holds a Bachelor Degree in Electrical & Electronics, Engineering. He attended Professional Design Engineering Training, in Air-conditioning at WISCONSIN (USA). He obtained his M. Tech and Ph.D. degree from I.I.T, Delhi. He worked for 2 years, in California, USA. He is working as Director Technical in one of the leading Building Services Consultancy firm “M/s Sanelac Consultants Pvt. Ltd”. Also, he is a Certified Energy Manager cum Auditor by BEE, Ministry of Power (Govt. of India).

Kanagaraj Ganesan

Kanagaraj Ganesan has over two decades of experience in sustainable cooling and low carbon buildings across Asia and Africa. He is the Founder and Managing Director of Integrative Design Solutions, where he works on reducing cooling demand through passive cooling strategies, climate responsive design, and urban interventions addressing Urban Heat Island impacts. His work connects policy, building energy codes, and market mechanisms to support adoption of efficient cooling solutions.
He has contributed to India’s Eco Niwas Samhita and cooling strategies in Southeast Asia, and works with governments on decarbonisation pathways. His work covers reducing cooling demand, improving system performance, and integrating renewable energy. He works across research, policy, and implementation, and contributes to discussions on sustainable cooling and urban development in the Global South.

ISHRAE Certificate Course Sept.–Dec.,2011 Training at Emerson, China for compressor tear- down & rebuilding Seminars & training by Alfalaval, Emerson, LU-VE & Dixell.
