Pankaj K. Gupta is Strategic Advisor with more than 3 decades of work experience in HVAC & R (Heating, Ventilation and Air-Conditioning & Refrigeration) industry.
As a Corporate Leader he has worked and lead companies like Voltas Ltd. and Trane company and in that long span worked in various domains like design, sales, marketing, project fulfillment and service. Have worked for 4 Years with a Canadian Energy Consulting Company (Energy Advantage Inc.) and for 10 years worked as CEO/ Entrepreneur of Zero Square Energy Solutions Pvt. Ltd. for design and build of HVAC & R systems.
Currently associated with Ensavior Technologies Pvt. Ltd. as Chief Sustainability Officer. He is also General Secretary of Environment NGO SPHEEHA (Society for Preservation of a Healthy Environment, Ecology and Heritage of Agra).
Pankaj did his M.Tech. in Energy and Environmental Management from the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Delhi); a Bachelor of Engineering from MITS (Deemed University, Gwalior); and a Diploma in Marketing Management from the Jamnalal Bajaj Institute of Management Studies, Mumbai.
Pankaj is also Technical Committee member of ISHRAE HQ and President Elect of ISHRAE Sub-chapter.

Ankit Anand
Co Chair- Communication Committee
Ankit Anand has a bachelors degree in electrical engineering from Punjab College Engineering and Technology, Mohali. He joined the IDSPL team in July 2017 for integrating the best practices in the field of building energy efficiency, and energy efficiency in electrical appliances. He has 5+ years of Energy Research, and projects related experience in agriculture, CSR activities, and Rural Development.

Amit Tripathi

Amit Kumar Tripathi, an Electrical Engineer, having a decade of experience specializing in the design and execution works of Electrical and Mechanical Systems, including HVAC. With a rich background encompassing roles at DMRC and his current position as Deputy General Manager/Electrical at the National High Speed Rail Corporation Ltd (NHSRCL), Amit’s proficiency shines in his contributions to projects involving Metro, railway stations, depots, and other buildings. He played a pivotal role in the design optimization of the Ashram underground station at DMRC, successfully reducing its size to 152 meters from the conventional station sizes more than 250 meters.
Amit’s dedication to excellence earned him the Director Electrical Award from both DMRC and NHSRCL, reflecting his outstanding work. During his B.Tech degree (Electrical & Electronics Engineering), he was awarded with Silver Medals twice for his academic performance. Amit furthered his education at IIT Delhi, securing an M.Tech in Energy Technologies with a remarkable 2nd rank in the department.
