Sandeep has been closely involved in the design, coordination and innovation of MEP Services Design of over 500 Projects which also includes Mixed Use, Hotels, Hospitals, Commercial, Offices, Retail, Residential, High Rise Projects & Plotted Development. Mr. Goel is Committee Member at National Building Code of India -2005, 2016 and now National Building Construction Standard 2026. He is been Former Visiting Faculty for over 15 Years for Masters of Building Engineering and Management at School of Planning & Architecture, New Delhi. A Certified Fire Protection Specialist – NFPA, USA and Member Skyscraper Editorial Board – CTUBH, Chicago, USA and now CTBUH India Core Committee. Mr. Goel has attended over 100 Design Coordination Meetings Overseas at US, Canada, UK, Middle East, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Bangladesh, Nepal and given his significant contribution in the engineering design solutions to Architects, Structural Engineers, Landscape Architects and to other Owners Engineers. He has broadcasted Webinar, presented White Papers and Lectures in over 80 Conferences and Workshop on subject related to Energy, Fire Safety, Smoke Management, Building Services in Tall Buildings/ Hotels and Healthcare, Thermal Storage, Waste to Energy, Water Conservation, Approach to Value Engineering, LEED Credits & other topics. Sandeep is recognized well for his explanatory skills. He is presently President ASHRAE India and Board of Governor FSAI.
