Ankit Anand

Chair

Ankit Anand has a bachelors degree in electrical engineering from Punjab College Engineering and Technology, Mohali. He joined the IDSPL team in July 2017 for integrating the best practices in the field of building energy efficiency, and energy efficiency in electrical appliances. He has 5+ years of Energy Research, and projects related experience in agriculture, CSR activities, and Rural Development.

Shashank Mishra

Co-Chair

Shashank Mishra is a sustainability and green building professional with 7+ years of experience in research and technical development of green building rating systems. He currently serves as Senior Manager at the U.S. Green Building Council / Green Business Certification Inc., where he is part of the Innovation & Research team.
Shashank’s work domain comprises decarbonization, energy efficiency, indoor environmental quality, human health & wellbeing. He also provides technical insights to support the LEED rating system development through data analysis and research.
He holds several professional credentials in green building and sustainability, including LEED AP BD+C, WELL AP, EDGE Expert, IGBC AP, and GRIHA CP. He holds a Master’s in Renewable Energy from MNIT Jaipur, along with a Bachelor’s in Civil Engineering.

Rajesh Bangera

Co-Chair

Rajesh Bangera is a Sales & Operations professional with over six years of experience in business development, strategic sales, and market expansion within the infrastructure and building services industry.

He has extensive experience working with large-scale infrastructure projects, including Metro Rail, High-Speed Rail, Airports, Tunnels, and commercial developments across India. His expertise includes project sales, stakeholder engagement, business development, channel management, and building strong relationships with consultants, contractors, government agencies, and end users.

A Mechanical Engineering graduate, Rajesh combines technical expertise with commercial strategy to deliver innovative engineering solutions. Throughout his career, he has successfully developed new markets, built high-performing teams, and contributed to the growth of complex infrastructure projects nationwide.

Rajesh is an active member of ASHRAE India and is committed to advancing the HVAC&R and building services industry through collaboration, professional development, and knowledge sharing. He is passionate about promoting innovation, sustainability, and engineering excellence while fostering meaningful connections within the industry.

Parth Mehrotra

Co-Chair

Parth Mehrotra is the National Head – Sales at Prihoda India, where he has been leading sales and business development across India since 2024.

With over 13 years of experience in the HVAC industry, Parth has built expertise in sales, business development, and OEM business across air movement and air distribution solutions. He is passionate about promoting scientifically engineered airflow solutions that enhance indoor air quality, occupant comfort, and energy efficiency.

Before joining Prihoda, he held key positions at Ziehl-Abegg, VTS, and Euroclima, gaining extensive experience in EC fan technology, air handling units (AHUs), and HVAC system applications.
