Abhishek Jain has over 20 years’ experience in the HVAC and Fan industries. His current responsibilities include product development, on-site customer testing, application support and lab management in a company named Air Flow Pvt. Ltd.
He is Life Member ISHRAE since 2010. He is currently the Secretary and the student activity Co-Chair in ASHRAE India Chapter.

Sandeep has over 30 Years of Building Services Consulting Experience and has worked as a hands-on Design Engineer and thereafter as Project Director with successfully designed systems for numerous projects.
Sandeep has been closely involved in the design, coordination and innovation of MEP Services Design of over 500 Projects which also includes Mixed Use, Hotels, Hospitals, Commercial, Offices, Retail, Residential, High Rise Projects & Plotted Development. Mr. Goel is Committee Member at National Building Code of India -2005, 2016 and now National Building Construction Standard 2026. He is been Former Visiting Faculty for over 15 Years for Masters of Building Engineering and Management at School of Planning & Architecture, New Delhi. A Certified Fire Protection Specialist – NFPA, USA and Member Skyscraper Editorial Board – CTUBH, Chicago, USA and now CTBUH India Core Committee. Mr. Goel has attended over 100 Design Coordination Meetings Overseas at US, Canada, UK, Middle East, Singapore, Malaysia, Hong Kong, Bangladesh, Nepal and given his significant contribution in the engineering design solutions to Architects, Structural Engineers, Landscape Architects and to other Owners Engineers. He has broadcasted Webinar, presented White Papers and Lectures in over 80 Conferences and Workshop on subject related to Energy, Fire Safety, Smoke Management, Building Services in Tall Buildings/ Hotels and Healthcare, Thermal Storage, Waste to Energy, Water Conservation, Approach to Value Engineering, LEED Credits & other topics. Rajnish Aggarwal is an Engineering Graduate of 1994 batch and thereafter obtained his Management (MBA) qualification from Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad
Rajnish has been handling projects for 30 years now and has vast exposure to various kinds of projects including Hotels, Hospitals, Institutional, Residential, Industries, Educational Institutes, Pharmaceutical units etc.
After working for over a decade in some good project oriented organisations like Atlas Copco, Otis Elevators and Hitachi Aircon, Rajnish is an established MEP Consultant based out of Delhi.
Besides being involved in professional services Rajnish has been an active member and volunteer leader holding various positions for a number of associations working in the field of Building services such as
