Mr. Gaurav Mathur
Chair
Gaurav Mathur is the Head – Area Sales Development, CBS INDO (Commercial
Building Services) at Grundfos Pumps India Pvt. Ltd. He joined Grundfos in
December 2005 and handles the Building Services sales development for the
company in India. Gaurav has more than 22 years of industry experience covering
sales, business development and channel management. He has been involved in
initialisation and development of innovative products in air-conditioning, pressure
boosting, solar, water supply and waste water applications for Grundfos in India and
focuses on water and energy conservation. He is passionate about implementing
Digitalization in air-conditioning and water systems.
Prior to joining Grundfos, Gaurav has worked with Grundfos Channel Partner and a
fully owned subsidiary of ProMinent, Germany. He has vast experience in business
development and technical sales of Pumps, Pumping Systems and Water Treatment
Equipment.

Kapil Kapur, Director, Jay & Co. India Pvt. Ltd. has more than two decades of experience in the field of smart building systems, critical infrastructure, and advanced building technologies. He is known for combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution. He specializes in designing, integrating, and optimizing building systems to deliver operational efficiency, reliability, compliance, and sustainability. His commitment towards technological advancements & innovation has led to development of new or improved ideas thus raising the industry benchmarks in the field of HVAC, BMS, ELV, Fire, Security & Surveillance, IAQ, Kitchen Exhaust System, Command Control Centre, Emergency Signage system, IoT sensors, Energy Management Platforms, Home Automation, Access Control, Audio-Visuals, Parking Management System and Advanced Analytics. He collaborates closely with cross-functional teams to implement systems that enhance occupant comfort, improve operational efficiency, and reduce energy consumption.

Ms. Arundhati Singh Khanna

Arundhati is an architect, registered in Newzealand,Australia and India. Prior to establishing her own firm, she worked with CZWG architects in London and Cook Sargisson & Pirie architects in Aucland. Her principal work has focused on design & execution of high quality residential, mixed used developments, and hospitals. A key theme in Arundhati’s work is the sustainable expression of modernity through the progressive use of local materials & traditional practices.
