Dr. Rajinder Singh
Chair- SA Committee
Dr. Rajinder Singh is a Distinguished Lecturer of ASHRAE USA and Refrigeration Chair and also the Mentor of Student Activities of ASHRAE India Chapter. He is having 12 years of Industrial experiences, out of which 5 years with Blue Star Limited in Air-Conditioning Project division and 5 years with Frick India Limited in Refrigeration Plants, Cold Storage etc. and 22 years of experience as Faculty in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning. He is Life member of ISHRAE, Certified Energy Auditor of BEE, ife member of IAEMP etc. He has received BRY -Air Asia Award also.

ABHISHEK JAIN
Chair - Student Activity
Mr. Abhishek Jain is M-Tech (Mechanical) and Management Skill Formation Program for Entrepreneurial Ventures From IIT-Delhi, 2005.
Abhishek Jain has over 20 years’ experience in the HVAC and Fan industries. His current responsibilities include product development, on-site customer testing, application support and lab management in a company named Air Flow Pvt. Ltd.
He is Life Member ISHRAE since 2010. He is currently the Secretary and the student activity Co-Chair in ASHRAE India Chapter.

Mr. Vaibhav Jain

Dr. Vaibhav Jain is a technology driven academician with more than 19 years of extensive experience in Mechanical domain. He has a number of research papers published in reputed journals as well as awards to his credits including ‘Student Branch Advisor 2020’ award from ASHRAE, USA.
He is a technology enthusiast and has developed more than 11 sponsored projects, with each one bringing a unique solution to Industry’s today problems. He has an excellent track record of providing quality education to undergraduate students.

Mohit Bansal
Co Chair- SA Committee
Mr. Mohit Bansal is an esteemed Assistant Professor in Thermal and Fluid Engineering at ABES Engineering College, Ghaziabad. His research expertise spans Heat Transfer, Thermodynamics, and Refrigeration & Air Conditioning, with a strong focus on practical applications. A dedicated educator, Mr. Bansal excels in making complex concepts accessible and relevant to his students. He has a distinguished record of securing and successfully executing funded projects exceeding USD 20,000. As an active member of ASHRAE (American Society of Heating, Refrigerating and Air-Conditioning Engineers) and a Lifetime Member of NSFMFP (National Society of Fluid Mechanics & Fluid Power), Mr. Bansal is committed to advancing his field and fostering professional development.

Vikram Bansal
Managing Director of Nirvay Solutions Pvt. Ltd.
He is a mechanical engineer with more than 20 years of experience in HVAC field. He has been part of projects ranging from 500 TR to 25000 TR. worked on big projects like F1 track in Delhi NCR, Commonwealth stadiums , Lucknow high court and secretariat, OP Jindal university , Ashoka university, WTC in Delhi and many more. He is author of book – “Investing For Success” rethinking HVAC plant room expenditure and demand ROI. Awarded for the Best CEO by Global Hues in year 2022.
Geetanjali Raghav
Co-Chair-Student Activity
Geetanjali Raghav, working as an Assistant Professor Selection grade in, UPES. She has been associated with energy and sustainability field since 2010. Worked on various renewable energy projects and energy audit projects especially solar thermal energy conversion system, hydraulic pumps and sustainable solutions.
During the tenure of 9 + years of work experience, she has been always inclined towards sustainable energy oriented solutions. FACULTY ADVISOR OF ASHRAE SINCE 2015 @UPES .
