VIKAS VERMA

Mr. Vikas Verma has over 17 years of experience in Environmental Control Systems (ECS), Tunnel Ventilation Systems (TVS), Fire & Life Safety, Smoke Management Systems, CFD & SES (1D) Simulation, Value Engineering, Estimation, Design & Management. He has experience with underground metro rail stations, depots, road tunnels, and buildings.
He has worked at Ayesa India Pvt. Ltd and Egis India Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd, successfully completing ECS & TVS work for more than 50 underground stations in various metro projects such as DMRC Phase-3 & 4 Project, BMRCL Phase-2 Project, JMRC Project, and Dhaka North& South Line-9&5 Project.
Mr. Verma played a key role in optimizing the design of the Phase-4 station at DMRC. He provided detailed comparisons of PSD Vs Non-PSD for UG stations, Air-cooled Vs Water-cooled Chillers for UG Stations, and successfully optimized the UG station size to be 200-230 meters from the conventional station sizes of over 260 meters. He graduated with a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from H.B.T.I Kanpur. He currently works as a TVS&ECS Expert at Mott MacDonald Private Limited, serving as General Consultant (GC) for the DMRC Phase-4 Project.

top-of-the-class alumnus from IIT Delhi in B.Tech in Computer Science
and did his Masters in Computer Science from Stanford University.
He is Past President ASHRAE India Chapter and currently President – Delhi Chapter of ISHRAE. Priyank has been granted more than 9 patents over his professional career.

Amit Tripathi
Vice Chair -Sustainability
Amit Kumar Tripathi, an Electrical Engineer, having a decade of experience specializing in the design and execution works of Electrical and Mechanical Systems, including HVAC. With a rich background encompassing roles at DMRC and his current position as Deputy General Manager/Electrical at the National High Speed Rail Corporation Ltd (NHSRCL), Amit’s proficiency shines in his contributions to projects involving Metro, railway stations, depots, and other buildings. He played a pivotal role in the design optimization of the Ashram underground station at DMRC, successfully reducing its size to 152 meters from the conventional station sizes more than 250 meters.
Amit’s dedication to excellence earned him the Director Electrical Award from both DMRC and NHSRCL, reflecting his outstanding work. During his B.Tech degree (Electrical & Electronics Engineering), he was awarded with Silver Medals twice for his academic performance. Amit furthered his education at IIT Delhi, securing an M.Tech in Energy Technologies with a remarkable 2nd rank in the department.
