Anuj holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering from the esteemed B.K. Birla Institute of Engineering & Technology, Pilani, and has completed a Management Development Programme from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow.
As a Partner at Design2Occupancy and Co-Founder of D2O Learning, he is committed to pioneering innovative sustainability solutions that drive impact at every level.
Recognized as an expert in sustainability, Anuj holds multiple credentials, including EDGE Expert, EDGE Auditor, EDGE Faculty, LEED AP® BD+C, IGBC AP, and ECBC Expert. His mission is clear: to build a resilient and sustainable environment that meets today’s needs while safeguarding the planet for future generations.
At D2O Learning, he leads specialized training programs and professional development initiatives focused on green building certification, energy efficiency, and building analysis. Through D2O Learning’s interactive courses, workshops, and expert-led training sessions, he helps professionals stay ahead in the rapidly evolving sustainability sector.
Anuj also spearheads The Green Gurus, a thriving community of sustainability advocates focused on knowledge-sharing, collaboration, and impactful initiatives.
He is actively engaged with ASHRAE, ISHRAE and IFMA, serving as the Society Chair of Youth@ISHRAE, a Member of the ASHRAE Conference & Exposition Committee, proud member of IFMA, further amplifying his commitment to sustainability.

Meet Mohammed Adnan, an accomplished Mechanical Engineer with over 11 years of experience dedicated to the HVAC field. Graduating in 2012, Adnan embarked on a rewarding career journey, primarily focusing on HVAC consultancy at Abid Husain Consultants.
Throughout his professional tenure, Adnan has exhibited his expertise across a diverse spectrum of projects, ranging from industrial to commercial endeavors, as well as institutional to hotel ventures. His commitment to innovation has been unwavering, as he diligently keeps abreast of the latest advancements in the industry, seamlessly incorporating cutting-edge technologies and methodologies into his design approaches.

VIKAS VERMA

Mr. Vikas Verma has over 17 years of experience in Environmental Control Systems (ECS), Tunnel Ventilation Systems (TVS), Fire & Life Safety, Smoke Management Systems, CFD & SES (1D) Simulation, Value Engineering, Estimation, Design & Management. He has experience with underground metro rail stations, depots, road tunnels, and buildings.
He has worked at Ayesa India Pvt. Ltd and Egis India Consulting Engineers Pvt. Ltd, successfully completing ECS & TVS work for more than 50 underground stations in various metro projects such as DMRC Phase-3 & 4 Project, BMRCL Phase-2 Project, JMRC Project, and Dhaka North& South Line-9&5 Project.
Mr. Verma played a key role in optimizing the design of the Phase-4 station at DMRC. He provided detailed comparisons of PSD Vs Non-PSD for UG stations, Air-cooled Vs Water-cooled Chillers for UG Stations, and successfully optimized the UG station size to be 200-230 meters from the conventional station sizes of over 260 meters. He graduated with a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering from H.B.T.I Kanpur. He currently works as a TVS&ECS Expert at Mott MacDonald Private Limited, serving as General Consultant (GC) for the DMRC Phase-4 Project.

Network. Priyank Garg has experience of over 26 years in Leading
Companies and Teams in Manufacturing, Technology and Consulting.
He is a Serial Entrepreneur and a seasoned Angel Investor of over 16
years; ranked among the Top 50 in India by Fortune in 2022. He is a
top-of-the-class alumnus from IIT Delhi in B.Tech in Computer Science
and did his Masters in Computer Science from Stanford University.
He is Past President ASHRAE India Chapter and currently President – Delhi Chapter of ISHRAE. Priyank has been granted more than 9 patents over his professional career.

Prior to establishing her own firm, she worked with CZWG architects in London and Cook Sargisson & Pirie architects in Aucland.Her principal work has focused on design & execution of high quality residential, mixed used developments, and hospitals. A key theme in Arundhati’s work is the sustainable expression of modernity through the progressive use of local materials & traditional practices.

With more than seventeen years of expertise in HVAC and MEP design, Ruman has accumulated a wealth of experience. His meticulous and distinct approach is evident in his involvement with exclusive and esteemed ventures throughout the nation. While he specializes in opulent homes, hotels, offices and shopping centers, his major recognized achievements extend to encompass a diverse range of projects in the hospitality and custom design sectors. Guided by a firm belief in the synergy of imaginative and effective design, Ruman’s creations are shaped by an awareness of surroundings and a global perspective.

Amit Tripathi
Vice Chair -Sustainability
Amit Kumar Tripathi, an Electrical Engineer, having a decade of experience specializing in the design and execution works of Electrical and Mechanical Systems, including HVAC. With a rich background encompassing roles at DMRC and his current position as Deputy General Manager/Electrical at the National High Speed Rail Corporation Ltd (NHSRCL), Amit’s proficiency shines in his contributions to projects involving Metro, railway stations, depots, and other buildings. He played a pivotal role in the design optimization of the Ashram underground station at DMRC, successfully reducing its size to 152 meters from the conventional station sizes more than 250 meters.
Amit’s dedication to excellence earned him the Director Electrical Award from both DMRC and NHSRCL, reflecting his outstanding work. During his B.Tech degree (Electrical & Electronics Engineering), he was awarded with Silver Medals twice for his academic performance. Amit furthered his education at IIT Delhi, securing an M.Tech in Energy Technologies with a remarkable 2nd rank in the department.
